We love a great deal and work hard to ensure our customers never pay more than they need to. We work closely with our brands to check pricing on our site is consistent with what their products are listed for elsewhere.

You can lock in your purchase via debit/ credit card, or Afterpay. Just remember, if you’re wanting to Afterpay your new look, you’ll need to sign up with them directly prior to making your purchase.


LükBook strives to make online shopping easy and stress free - and that includes returns! We are pleased to be partnering with Refundid to offer immediate refunds for our customers. Simply enter your order number and email here, select which item/s you want to return, and your refund will be back in your account asap.

Now you just need to post the garment back to us! Simply:

(1) Flip the bag your order arrived in inside out and pop the enclosed, postage-paid return address label on the front.

(2) Insert your unwanted item/s and seal it up.

(3) Mail it, baby! Drop off your return parcel to any Australia Post office, or drop it in a red post box.

Well, this is embarrassing! As soon as you realise, drop our Customer Care team an email at hello@lukbook.com.au so we can exchange it for the correct item asap.

While we strive to provide as much detailed product and fit information as possible, sometimes we might miss the mark and you’ll receive something that doesn’t meet your expectations. Simply follow our returns and refunds process within seven days of receiving your item. 

Some items (for instance, stock on final clearance) is excluded from our returns policy. Where this is the case, it will be clearly marked on the product page. In addition, we have some garments (eg. swimwear, underwear) that can only be returned providing the hygiene seal/ markers remain intact.

Let us know asap by emailing hello@lukbook.com.au so we can arrange to send you a replacement. Help us out by snapping some photos of the defect and attaching them to your email.

Yes! Update your delivery address anytime in your My LükBook profile, or when placing your next order.

If you’ve already placed an order and realise the address you provided is incorrect or out of date, please email hello@lukbook.com.au as soon as possible. We can’t make any promises, but we will try to intercept your item before it is dispatched.

Your items will wing their way from our designers to your door, ensuring you get your fabulous new pieces as soon as possible. This means that if you go on a major shopping spree and purchase from multiple designers, you will receive separate packages.

While we work hard to dispatch your item asap, unfortunately we can’t guarantee how long delivery will take - this is in the hands of the delivery provider. However, you can track your email via the link in your shipping confirmation email, which is also available via your My LükBook profile (if you have elected to set one up).

Yes! LükBook styling sessions are run online, which helps you and your stylist to maximise your time together. Typically, you will have an initial consultation via video link, following which the stylist will prepare your look/s, and send you an interactive, shoppable LükBookStyle Board. They will then wrap things up by talking you through why they have selected the pieces, and provide you with personalised styling tips.

LükBook is home to some gorgeous fashion and we would love for you to shop with us! However, this is not a condition of a styling session.
